### Is ingestion a satisfied operation?

No. `202 Accepted` means durable acknowledgement. Required evidence still needs to arrive.

### Can an API key read findings?

No. `rk_` keys ingest events. Monitoring reads require a JWT.

### Why is a finding resolved late?

Evidence arrived after the deadline. Reconify preserves the timing.

### Does local reconciliation upload files?

No. Local reconciliation reads CSV, JSON, NDJSON, XLSX, and XLSM files.
